I’ve got a lot of questions about my workout lately. So I was thinking to start give you some advice. (if you have more quastions about my workout keep comment and email me. I always respond your questions in comments or to your email!)
Yesterdays run ended on 6,5 miles (ca 11km!) it honestly feels like I can run for sooo long right now. Like I said yesterday, it’s all in your head! My body can run how far as my head wants. As soon as I start thinking “it’s boring or too hard”, my legs gets so much heavier!
The most important thing for me when it comes to exercise is to have fun! Find something that you like, run, dance, walk, lift weights, spinning, swin etc. If you find one thing you like more then other, it’s great! So don’t forget to have fun! Good luck to you all!
