February you are more than welcome! It honestly couldn’t start in a better way. I ran 10 km ( 6,4 miles) on 52 minutes (5,2 min/km) and now I’m having a huge breakfast that I’ve been waiting for all morning! This day will be even better. Later everyone!
Time for some cardio training, I’ll run 10 km before breakfast! Yesterday I ran 20 minutes at the treadmill then I worked my upperbody (abs, back, biceps, triceps and shoulders) I always repit everything three times (Exemple: 15×3 times with a short rest between every 15)
