Shorts from Nike / Sportsbra from under armour
Although my neck was a pain this morning I decided to run 10km with my mom like planned. It wasn’t my best run, to be honest- it was pretty painful. So remember to listen to your body! (something that I must be better on!) However, have had a great workout-week so far so now I’ll rest tomorrow and maybe monday depending on my neck. Thursday I had a double workout- first an 8,5 km run with my mom then straight to the gym with my big sis (worked my upper body). So my body was exhausted today and I shouldn’t have run. Overall I’ve been spending many hours at the gym and in the hood this week! Hope you all are having a great saturday!
