Rise and shine! I just finished my breakfast, oatmeal with quark (i use vanilla quark instead of jam on my oatmeal) and a Celsius. Now I’ll be meeting up my sister and walk to the gym, I’ll be working my upper body today! Changed plans, I went out for a morning run instead of gym. Will be working my upper body tomorrow instead. Well, the run went ok, I decided to run a way with a lot of uphills but what I didn’t know was that it was so damn windy outside so I had the wind towards my face almost all the way except the last km when I ran downhill, of course! But to see it from the bright side, I got a better workout!
