Worked my arms (biceps, triceps, shoulders) and abs at today’s workout. Went pretty good, was kinda tired when I walked to the gym but doing ok is better than doing nothing, right? And to workout at a new place really gives me some new energy. Now I need to sleep, have a leg day waiting with my sister tomorrow.
Fall asleep last night with my instagram turning into 57k followers and woke up with my instagram turning into 58k followers! How fast can it go?! Crazy if you ask me 🙂 Can’t believe how many people is following me daily life. You’re all so amazing and sweet and I’m forever thankful for your good support!
After our interval run today
Dagens intervall-löpning gick helt okej, har inte sprungit så jätte mycket senaste tiden då det mest blivit gym. Men för att löpa så sällan som jag gjort känner jag mig ganska nöjd ändå, fick kramp i magen den andra tempoökningen vilket störde mig ganska mycket, men annars kändes det bra! 🙂
Today’s interval-run went alright, I haven’t run that much recently, been doing more weights than cardio. But to run as infrequently as I have done I still feel in a pretty good shape. Got cramps the second increase, which annoyed me quite a bit, but otherwise it felt good! 🙂
