Don’t lose who you are in the blur of the stars

Hej på er! 🙂 Idag är schemat fullspäckat av roligheter. Har fixat med lite jobb här på morgonen och ska strax möta upp några vänner för lunch innan jag drar på möte. Efter mötet ska hunden klippas, mat inhandlas och intervallerna springas men ni kommer att få gårdagens outfit och något mer skoj ändå! Så kika in senare igen 🙂 

Hey hey! Have a fun and busy schedule ahead of my today! Already been catching up with some work and soon I’ll meet up some friends for lunch before I have a meeting. After my meeting I need to shoot today’s outfit, bring our dog to the “hairdresser”, go grocery shopping and run my intervals on the treadmill. You will get yesterday’s outfit and some more here on the blog so just stay tuned 🙂

Everyday moments

Some snapshots from my daily life. 
Had the first lunch of the year on our balcony, snapped some details with my new and dear friend Anna, planned a new week of exercising, had brunch with my sister, did some pushups while I made a home-exercise post for you, my new camera arrived, got my nails done at Studio M and a spraytan done at Stockholm beauty (both in Gävle) which made me more than ready for spring and summer! 🙂 Enjoy your sunny day fellows!

Home exercises

Workout
12×3 reps – throw your legs up and down without touching the ground. Try to keep your back against the floor all the time. 
50 back kicks x 3 times 
Kick your knee towards your chest, cross your legs and switch leg (try to keep a good tempo) 40 reps 3 sets 
1 minute x 3 times – Side plank. (Also do the “normal” plank) 
I know many of you have been asking for more tips on home exercises so here is a few that you easily can do at home. I also was thinking about starting some kind of challenge for you every week. So it would be fun if you came up with some advice that we could start with? 

Hej raringar! Många har önskat mer tips på övningar ni kan göra hemma. Så här är några enkla som ni lätt kan göra utan gymkort! 🙂 Tänkte också eventuellt börja med någon typ av utmaning här på bloggen varje vecka (träningsrelaterad då alltså) Så kom gärna med lite förslag på vad för typ av utmaningar jag skulle kunna köra!
