Thursday’s food intake

Oatmeal with berries for breakfast
 As usual I had two peanutbutter cakes (I really need to stop with this awful but yummy habit I have) 

For lunch I had this omelette (three eggs, ham, tomatos soy and salt) 
And a Delicious Pizza for dinner!

Wednesday’s food intake

Food & Recipes
After dinner while watching a movie I had some hot choklad with whipped cream. 
 During the day I couldn’t resist two peanut butter cakes. 
 For dinner I had Chicken, potatos with carrots and a a side sallad.
After I worked out I had a protein shake.
For lunch before I worked out with my sister I had a tasty sallad.
..and for breakfast this yummy meal. In the bowl I have naturel quark with muesli and raspberries.
Since so many asked me to start posting my daily food intake I thought I could start doing it but not every day like I did the last time. I will keep posting it but maybe twice a week. What do you think?

I’m a snacker

This is a good tips on a pre workout snack. Vanilla quark, dry berries from powerfruits, some raspberries and half a banana. Now I’m heading to the gym, will be working my legs, butt and back!

It was a royal feeling

Drinking coffee latte Espresso / In the bowl: Vanilla quark, homemade muesli and pomegranate / Fiber sandwich with ham, lettuce, tomato and cucumber / In the glass: Mango


Det här blev dagens sena frukost. De är ju trots allt söndag och eftersom jag har haft huvudvärk sedan igår kändes det skönt att få sova till iallafall 9.30. Låg dock och drog mig ett långt tag medan jag surfade runt på instagram och lyssnade på den här låten om och om igen. Välbehövligt. Nu ska jag ta en långpromenad med vovven i kylan! 🙂 Hoppas ni alla mår bra! 


This is what I had for late breakfast today. Have had a headache since yesterday so really felt for sleeping for a while this morning. Now I’ll head out for a walk with Turlte (our dog) so talk to you later sweets!

My breakfast this morning- In the cup: quark with homemade muesli and pomegranate. Sandwich with ham brie cheese lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Juice from my juicer.

Favorite Sweets

My favorite sweets right now are these peanut butter cakes, no doubt! I made these the other day and I can’t get enough! 


Favoriter när det kommer till godsaker? Dessa snickerskakor jag bakade här om dagen, chanslösa!
Recept botten: Blanda 1 dl sirap, 1 dl socker, 1 burk jordnötssmör i en kastrull- värm upp och ha i en tesked vaniljsocker och 10 dl vanliga flingor. Sprid ut på en plåt med bakplåtspapper. 
Kolasås: 2 dl socker, 2 dl sirap, 2 dl grädde, 2 tsk vaniljsocker- koka upp i ca 5-10 minuter beroende på hur knäckig du vill ha den, häll sedan på den på självaste botten du gjorde innan. 
Smält blockchoklad och häll över kakan och kyl! voila En riktigt socker bomb, hoppas det smakar! 🙂

Workout schedule

In the glass: Vanilla quark mixed with frozen berries topped with banana and muesli 

Here is my workout log from the first week of 2014:
  • Wednesday – Worked my abs back and shoulders 
  • Thursday – Went for a 4 km run which ended up shorter than we planned (plan was to run 8 km) but when my mom hurt her ankle we had to stop. Later that day I went to the gym and worked my lower body.
  • Friday – Rest day! 
  • Saturday – Worked my back and my arms (see video below from that workout) 
  • Sunday – Focused on my ab exercises
  • Monday – A well needed rest day!
I wouldn’t mind posting my workout schedule from every week if you’d like. Just let me know if this was something you’d like me to blog more about and I will keep doing it 🙂

Vitamin boost

For breakfast: Two crispy bread one with egg white on and the other one with cottage cheese lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. In the bowl: quark with berries. On the side I just had an extra egg (white) 🙂 


Att vara smått trött hela dagarna kan verkligen ta på krafterna. Dessa mörka dagar gör mig så otroligt trött! Så här om dagen bestämde jag mig för att införskaffa en juicepress för att få i mig lite vitaminer. De är både gott och nyttig så ett perfekt tips såhär i vintertiderna 🙂 Ovan ser ni även min frukost från imorse. 


This winter I’ve been so tired, like all the time! It’s probably because of the darkness, so the other day I decided to get myself a juicer to get some real vitamines. It’s so fresh and yummy! Just a little winter tips for those who are as tired as I’ve been these days 🙂

First in forever

Today I probably had my first “fancy” breakfast in forever. Now when our kitchen is almost done it’s so nice to get back to your good routines again. For breakfast today I had a peach mango celsius and yoghurt with dry berries
